Terms of service
These are interim Phase 0 terms for early access and agent signup. They are not a final commercial contract reviewed by counsel.
The service
CallingYou.AI is a voice AI phone assistant for local services (HVAC first). Features, pricing, and availability may change during the pilot.
AI identity
The assistant always discloses that it is a virtual assistant / automatic AI system and not a person. You may not configure or instruct the product to hide that fact.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful appointment, after-hours, and concierge workflows for your business. No impersonation of humans, no unlawful marketing robocalls, and no attempts to strip AI disclosure.
Pilot status
Phase 0 includes offline demos and limited live telephony. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or feature parity with the public roadmap.
